If paying by mail please include the top portion of your bill with payment. Please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like to receive a receipt for mailed payments.
It is the tax payer’s responsibility to know what bills need to be paid by the individual and/or company. The Barren County Sheriff's Office is not responsible for unpaid property tax bills.
The Barren County Sheriff's Office collects property taxes from November until April of each year.
Online Property Tax Payments
Pay your property taxes online. A charge of $1.50 will apply for all ACH payments made from a bank account. An approximate 2.5% charge applies to all credit or debit card payments.
